Lotus Bakeries Machine Operator – Packing Line (2 Shifts)

When our biscuits leave the oven, they deserve to be packed perfectly. That’s your mission.

Your role:

• You’ll operate and monitor our packaging machines.
• You’ll start up the machines, supply packaging materials, assist with product changes, and safely shut down the machines when needed.
• You’ll work in close collaboration with your team.
• You’ll check product quality and take immediate action when something goes wrong.
• You’ll follow hygiene and safety rules at all times.

Your profile:

• You’re available to work in a 2-shift system: early (05:00 – 13:00) and late (13:00 – 21:00).
• You have a technical diploma (TSO/ASO or equivalent).
• You can work independently and organize your tasks effectively.
• You’re solution-oriented and respect agreements and schedules.
• You’re proactive and positive.
• You care about cleanliness, order, and safety.
• You like manual work and being active.
• You’re a team player.
• You can travel independently to our site in Lembeke.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
