Wat zal je job inhouden?

  • Monitor and manage daily purchase order (PO) requirements through the ERP system and manual requests, handling the full purchasing cycle from requirement to closure.
  • Manage approximately 75% direct purchasing needs and 25% indirect purchasing needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers for Requests for Quotations (RFQs), pricing, delivery follow-up, and order status updates.
  • Support sourcing and procurement initiatives to ensure cost-effective and high-quality purchasing solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to resolve PO and invoice matching discrepancies.
  • Facilitate purchase requisition approvals and ensure procurement compliance.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and enablement activities within procurement systems.
  • Support vendor management, price benchmarking, market analysis, and sourcing activities.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and compliance records within document management systems
  • Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, planning, or administrative operations is an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus but not required).
  • Willingness and ability to learn and work extensively within IFS ERP system (approximately 90% of daily activities).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • This is a fulltime (39 hours per week)
  • Hybrid work model available (Initial onboarding period requires 3 weeks fully on-site. After onboarding, employees may work remotely up to 2 days per week)
