Mold technician

As a mold technician, you will work in the production department. Your responsibilities include independently manufacturing molds. You will assemble, disassemble, and maintain them. You will prepare the molds for production. In addition, a mold technician repairs hydraulic cylinders and manufactures flexible hoses for hydraulic and gas applications. You will be able to apply sandblasted textures to the molds and perform precision mechanical work. You will also be responsible for welding tasks. Furthermore, when a mold is defective, you will identify the root cause, propose improvements, and assist in implementing them. Occasionally, you will be assigned to turning, milling, and grinding operations. Training will be provided for this. You will work in a two-shift system. The early shift runs from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the late shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The salary for this position depends on experience, with a base wage of €16 to €17 per hour.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, an A2 diploma in Mechanics, or have equivalent experience
