Purchasing Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buying Analyst to support purchasing, supplier coordination, and warehouse planning activities. In this role, you will manage ERP-driven purchasing processes, follow up with suppliers, and collaborate closely with Finance, Production, Warehouse, Service, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Monitor and manage daily purchase order requirements through the ERP system.
• Managing a lot of direct purchasing needs and indirect purchasing needs.
• Liaison with suppliers for requests for quotations, pricing, delivery follow up and order status updates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support vendor management, price benchmarking, market analysis, and sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to resolve PO and invoice matching discrepancies.
• Assist with supplier onboarding an enablement activities.
• Collaborate closely with After-Sales, Service, Warehouse & production teams to establish and maintain weekly warehouse planning.

• You have relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on the-job experience.
• Preferably you have a Business, Supply Chain or Economics background.
• College or equivalent degree preferred.
• Written communication skills in English is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 required.
• Already some experience in Procurement or buying.
• Good analytical skills are required in order to process this data

• Salary based an experience
• This is a fulltime (39 hours per week) hybrid role.
• It's expected to work onsite an average of 2 days per week, during initial training this will be more frequent.
