Operator extrusion

Salary: Starting at 19 euro gross per hour + 1.3262 shift premium in two shifts + meal vouchers 4.5 euro per day worked.

Our customer, the smartest choice for the most innovative window and door solutions, is looking for an additional operator for its extrusion department.

You'll start out as an operator in the PVC profile extrusion department. You'll get to know the machine and the extrusion process inside out. You'll start work as a machine operator.

After a period of in-depth training as an operator, you'll become a fully-fledged foreman. 

As you progress, so does your salary!

From this point on, your tasks will be as follows:

• be responsible for 8 production lines and manage a team of 2 to 6 employee
• start-up of production lines and coordination of raw material changes are part of your daily tasks
• you monitor the quality of the production process and intervene where necessary
• at the end of your shift, you ensure a smooth handover to your colleague 

If you have experience in production, if it's in the field of extrusion, you have a big advantage!

Safety is always important to you. You will also comply with internal guidelines.

You'll work in two shifts and be prepared to work every third weekend. This means you'll have a few days off after your weekend.

You'll be joining a strong international company that will provide you with solid advice and training.

Salary: Starting at 19 euro gross per hour + 1.3262 team bonus in two shifts  + meal vouchers 4.5 euro per day worked.

Permanent employment after a short, positive interim period.
