Production worker

For our client located in Pelt, we are looking for a technically skilled production worker to strengthen the team in the polyester department. You will join a production environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities: 

• Carrying out gelcoat work using a spray gun (mask use required).
• Setting up the paint machine according to color specifications and resolving minor malfunctions.
• Performing assembly, bonding, and cutting tasks on polyester components.
• Working in an environment with strong odors (good ventilation provided).
• Handling the spray machine safely and efficiently (approx. 3 kg).

• You have a technical background or experience working with polyester.
• You are a hard worker and do not shy away from physical labor.
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Safety is your top priority.
• You speak Dutch or English and are able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Hourly wage of €17.
• Meal vouchers worth €8 per worked day.
• Day shift: 8:00 – 16:30.
• A varied job with responsibility in a technical production process.
