Then this role as a Transportation Analyst (Dealer Support Staff) offers you a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global transportation operations.
 
 As part of the Prime Product Logistics team, you will help coordinate the transport of machines and engines from manufacturing sites worldwide to dealers and customers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Positioned at the crossroads of global supply, transport execution, and customer experience, this role involves close collaboration with internal teams, logistics partners, and dealers to ensure shipments are handled efficiently, reliably, and with full transparency. You will play an important role in understanding dealer needs, addressing shipment-related questions, and translating these into practical logistics solutions.

Your responsibilities as a Transportation Analyst:

  • Supporting international ocean and ground shipments, ensuring deliveries meet service and timing expectations.
  • Working closely with transportation planners to identify risks, resolving shipment issues, and supporting smooth execution.
  • Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure transportation solutions are in place ahead of shipment readiness.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes in a fast-changing global environment.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Strong communication skills in English; knowlegdge of additional languages are a plus
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within logistics/transportation
  • A customer-focused mindset and interest in working with international partners
  • Analytical and organized, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a global, dynamic environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with data, reporting, or digital tools is a plus, but not required
